Thank you for your interest in the EDISS Programme

To help you find answers instantly, we have summarised our core admission criteria below. Please review these essential requirements carefully before reaching out, as our team is unable to reply to individual email inquiries that are already answered here or on our website.

Academic eligibility:

  • Any applicant with a Bachelor’s or equivalent undergraduate degree from an accredited university is eligible to apply to the programme. However, the programme is very competitive, so to have a realistic chance, students need to have studied at least one of the following subjects at university level: computer science, software engineering, applied mathematics.
  • Work experience in IT will not compensate for a lack of theoretical knowledge demonstrated through university studies.
  • We do not offer individual pre-eligibility assessments.

Language requirements:

  • We only accept TOEFL and IELTS (NOT as online versions).  Completing your Bachelor´s degree in English will NOT replace the compulsory language test unless you completed your studies in English on-site in one of the listed countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the USA, Switzerland, or an EU/EEA country.

Please notice that under the section for Frequently asked questions, you will also find many answers commonly asked by applicants: https://www.master-ediss.eu/faq/

We will arrange Q&A Webinars about the 7th application period and review process in autumn 2027. Complete this form to receive a notification when the webinar dates are set: EDISS – 7th Intake Webinars – Fall 2026 – Fill in form
